You’re going on a diet and you’ve told yourself that this is the last one that you’ll ever do. There’s no other reason for this than you’ve already heard so much about the Atkins Diet, that you have total confidence in your ability to reduce weight and also to keep it off. When you start your diet, you’ll receive an Atkins diet plan that will get you going on the first leg of your dieting journey.
