What Is The True Meaning of Naturally Healthy?

Natural health happens when you allow your body to perform as it was designed to do, without doing things that intervenes with the natural process. The body is remarkable because of the intricacy of its design, and is so many cases, has the ability to completely heal itself, if allowed to.
Believe it or not, many illnesses stem from an imbalance in the body. Not enough vitamins, lacking in a vital mineral, too many or not enough hormones, or some other area that’s not in balance. The body’s primary purpose is to keep us in a constant state of homeostasis, or equilibrium, and there are many complex biological processes that exist to make that happen.
Don’t get me wrong. I’m not suggesting that you forgo modern science in healing your body, but many doctors are even taking classes in natural health to learn more about holistic medicine and alternative therapies. Some are finally accepting the power of the body’s structure and its ability to defend and heal itself.
Natural health does not simply mean eating whole foods or using certain products. It should be a lifestyle, it should be reflected in the way you live your life. When you are naturally healthy, you feel joyful and happy, and you don’t worry about or fear death. Your life revolves around eating healthy foods, a positive outlook, regular exercise, and the right way of dealing with stress so it never bothers you.
Naturopathic doctors, who totally support getting healthy in as natural a way as possible, focus on finding the underlying reasons for disease. They implement treatments that support the body’s natural ability to heal itself. They consider all factors that might play a contributing role in making the body unhealthy, in other words, they have a holistic approach to healing that takes into consideration your mind, body and spirit. When any of these areas are weak or suffering, it affects the others.
As medicines and medical care become less affordable, more people are turning to alternative medicine to cure their illnesses. They are using homeopathic treatments for most minor ailments, and are going back to using herbal remedies. Alternative therapies include massage, aromatherapy, acupuncture, and meditation. These therapies can lead to a harmonious life of natural health.
It seems like the more we become technologically advanced, the more we veer away from anything natural, including our health. We eat too many foods containing more chemicals than nutrients (which food group are Pop-tarts part of, anyway?), and majority of what we drink are simply chemicals in liquid form. We can’t even exercise naturally anymore, and need to have special equipments housed in special buildings to give us a place to ‘go and exercise’.
Don’t worry, all the programs I’ve created is based on natural elements. No pills or surgery are required to find relief from common illnesses. Examine your life today. Examine your body and the state of health it’s in. How far away have you strayed from natural health?
The Relationship Between Sleep Apnea and Your Weight

Sleep Apnea is a medical condition characterized by interrupted breathing pat terns during sleep. A sufferer of sleep apnea, who most likely snores very loudly, may stop breathing for 10-20 seconds while asleep, then resumes breathing with a gasp, choke, or loud snort.
This may occur anywhere from 5 to 30 times in an hour, and the reduced amount of oxygen in the blood can be life threatening.
Sleep apnea affects one in about every 25 adults, but 90% of all sleep apnea cases aren’t reported.
Most sufferers do not wake up during these episodes of non-breathing, and are not aware of the medical condition, hence it is not being reported.
Often, it is the sufferer’s bed partner or roommate who initially notices the signs.
It’s common knowledge that obesity is a cause of sleep apnea (the additional fat around the neck pushes against the airways). What isn’t as well-known is the fact that sleep apnea also causes obesity in return – the decreased amounts of oxygen in the blood triggers a “panic mode” in the body, causing it to store more fat to compensate for decreased energy reserves.

It is a cruel cycle, and it will not end unless it is cured.
If you’re overweight, suffer from sore/dry throats and headaches in the morning, and generally feel tired during the day, then there’s a good chance that you suffer from sleep apnea.
Losing weight may be good advice, since most doctors claim that even a 10% reduction in weight will help cure sleep apnea. But 10% weight reduction is not that easy.
That is why I came up with my Snoring Program.
My Snoring Program doesn’t entail any rigorous exercise and weight loss but has been used by hundreds of my satisfied clients to cure their sleep apnea and get much-needed rest during the night.
By religiously doing the steps in my Snoring Program, you will condition your body to avoid going into “panic mode” during sleep, and the increased energy that you will get from sleep will in turn make it easy for you to maintain a healthy body weight. Two birds with one stone.
But wouldn’t it be even better to hit three birds with one stone?
For sleep apnea sufferers, my new weight loss rogram will tackle the underlying causes of sleep apnea – as well as a host of other problems caused by all that extra cargo.
The exercises in my new Weight Loss Program aren’t even workout exercises – in fact, you’ve probably never heard of exercises like these before.

Is Losing Weight Ever Easy?

Being overweight or obese is harmful to those who suffer from it, because it lowers self-esteem, increases chances of health risks and makes a person have a hard time performing physical activities. There really is no such thing as a perfect and easy weight loss system. There are however, a number of systems that have been proven to help lose weight healthily.
You only have to look online to see the number of easy weight loss ystems available but what most people forget to mention is how important the individual losing the weight is! Before you decide on how you intend to lose weight ou need to decide if it is for your benefit; i.e. to remain healthy, or is it because someone else wants you to lose weight.
Many factors affect how well your weight loss program will go including how much physical activity you have during a normal day, the type of food you eat, how many meals you have and when those meals are eaten. Don’t be too ambitious and set yourself impossible tasks like losing 30 pounds in less than a month; this is not sensible because it can have a vast impact on the entire body bringing about other health problems like anemia or heartburn.
For you to lose a pound each and every week, all you have to do is lessen the amount of food you eat or exercise enough to lose 500 calories each day. Junk food, even though eaten by most people far too much, can be consumed now and then, and you should not have to give up every type of food you enjoy, just be conscious on the amount and the frequency it is consumed.
Another factor, more subtle than the others, is how you react to stress and problems. Some people tend to eat when they feel insecure or depressed. Problems occur when medical conditions arise from overeating, like diabetes, which is on the increase, but we must not forget other diseases like cancer, heart conditions, stroke, and elevated blood pressure. Many weight loss programs don’t give importance to the psychological factor, that is why they do not work, but you have to go beyond planning and find the real cause of a metabolic imbalance.
Studies have shown that people who have started weight loss programs with a light-hearted determination are more likely to accomplish the looked-for results. The one thing that has shown to be true no matter what you do in life is that being positive about something is more likely to make it happen. The great thing about weight loss is the extra energy you feel and how much more positive your outlook is to life in general, which obviously has an impact on your self-esteem as well.
Losing weight is as much about changing your mental attitude and your lifestyle habits by lessening your food intake. There are other aspects of weight loss hat most self-proclaimed easy weight loss systems almost never address.
I have a program designed around one of the most important components of weight loss that is seldom even mentioned in most diet plans and yet without it, your weight loss fforts are like pushing a boulder up a hill. My weight loss reeze program really can put the ‘easy’ back into easy weight loss.

You’re Alive, Breathe

dropcap">All living things breathe – us humans especially. Breathing is so important to us because it is linked with our bodily functions that our breathing is controlled automatically by our brains.
Air, like food and water, is one of the substances that fuel life. Of course, it won’t keep you alive by itself, but think about this – only 10% of our energy comes from food and water. The remaining 90% comes from – you guessed it – oxygen.
Eastern beliefs have long known the benefits of getting enough oxygen, and today the western world is beginning to know it’s importance in therapies and practices. Many alternative healing advocates, including myself, emphasize it as the most important health tip we can ever give you.
There’s good reason for that. An average person can survive three weeks without food and three days without water, but can’t live through three minutes without oxygen.
As a result, a lack of oxygen leaves the body more vulnerable to many serious ailments. Oxygen is put into every single cell of the body through breathing, and if you are not breathing properly, some cells do not get the oxygen that they need, thus making them prone to develop afflictions.
The fact that so many of us don’t know how to breathe properly has contributed greatly to the rise of medical conditions such as migraines, vertigo, obesity, and hypertension. Several other factors also contribute to the lack of oxygen getting into our systems, such as pollution and stress, but none of these factors are as serious as not breathing properly.
Here’s a simple exercise. Place your hands on your lower abdomen and exhale all the air out of your lungs. Then take a deep, slow, natural breath through your nose. If you feel your midsection expand as your lungs take in air, then you’re probably breathing normally.
Here’s the thing – deep, proper breathing should fill the lungs to the very bottom, which causes our abdomens to expand. So many of us breathe shallowly, expanding our rib cages instead (which can only expand so much). We get less oxygen as a result and, done unconsciously over several years, can manifest in a potentially life-changing disease.
Now sit back and think of your health. Do you suffer from something that won’t go away anytime soon, such as hypertension or chronic migraines? Your doctors may imply certain causes and suggest certain remedies, but nothing will really make these disorders go away until you start learning to breathe properly.
Do yourself a favor and look through my list of programs. If you are suffering from any of the disease listed there, then I personally guarantee that I can assist you in wiping out those diseases – just like I’ve done with hundreds of my satisfied customers.
I remain committed to help you breathe a little easier,

Increase Your Weight Loss Naturally by Adding Green Tea

Nature has a cure for everything if you know where to find it. One of these is green tea. The antioxidant property of green tea is becoming well known globally, especially in the health and fitness industry. It has been said that using green tea products to burn calories is the most natural method. Green tea can be purchased in liquid form, tablets, and as regular tea.
The effect on the human metabolism is really remarkable. When combined in weight loss products, it shows some astonishing qualities like boosting metabolism by ridding the body of toxins and using the natural laxative quality it has. If taken for long periods of time, it also slows down the aging process by helping cells regenerate. It increases metabolic rate and burns more calories so that less fatty tissues form.
Even though green tea weight loss products are effective, the user must still take certain precautions with their diet, so if you are a junk food addict, this will probably not work for you. Many people assume that just by using green tea will make them lose weight. The fact that you are using the product means that you want to improve your lifestyle by improving your nutritional intake.
If you use green tea as a drink, the best time to take it is just before you retire for the night. Weight loss products containing this product can take some getting used too and often there may be some bowel irritation for a couple of days but don’t worry, it will pass. Although it may seem troublesome at first, this physical reaction is quite normal and means the green tea’s weight loss roducts are improving the metabolism. Results are normally obvious within the first week, particularly if you complete the diet with physical exercise, lots of liquids and healthy food.
The effects of green tea can be further enhanced by using it with extracts from the root of ginseng. Ginseng has been used for thousands of years in China and Tibet in supplementing vitamins and minerals used in the detoxification process.
When ginseng is used in conjunction with green tea, it stimulates the immune system and bolsters the user by providing important energy during the stressful period when you are reducing weight. So far no adverse side effects have been found and tests have shown good safety levels for products with green tea and ginseng.
Another component of weight loss but is often discounted, and belittled is oxygen. Effective fat burning cannot take place if you don’t have sufficient oxygen. One of the reasons why aerobic exercise is encouraged for weight loss is to increase oxygen intake.
I’ve created a program called weight loss reeze that addresses the problem most people have of shallow breathing. By learning a few simple exercises you’ll have more life-giving, fat-burning oxygen flowing steadily into your body at a much higher level than you’re probably taking in now. Combining the effects of green tea, a healthy diet and my Weight Loss Breeze plan gives you a full arsenal of tools for taking off the excess weight for good.
Warm regards,
Christian Goodman
